作者简介

Ying Jia Tan, 加州大学伯克利分校学士、斯坦福大学硕士、耶鲁大学硕士、耶鲁大学历史系博士。现为卫斯理大学（Wesleyan University）历史系助理教授。主要研究中国近代史、近代中国的电力能源消费等，目前还在研究中国近代的塑料问题。
